Young says he's proud to carry on his family tradition of making slow-smoking ribs, pulled pork and chicken to perfection. Bacon's still cook on a charcoal pit, old-school style. Bacon's also took home the people's choice winner in 2008 and was named 1st Place Sauce and 2nd place ribs in 2010!

Solomon's dry rubs his award-winning ribs with a blend of homemade seasonings and then smothers every bone with a sweet tomato-based sauce. Carolina Rib King got first place rib winner and second place sauce in 2008. In 2010 Carolinia Rib King was awarded 2nd Place Sauce!
